14th Annual AZNIGP Reverse Vendor Trade Show

Information for Agencies, Special Districts and Non-Profits
There is no cost to participating agencies, special districts and non-profits
Parking will be validated

 

Invite local vendors to the event and encourage them to register early.

Event set-up will begin at 7 am.  Doors open at 9am. 

Each participant will have 1, 6 foot table with 2 chairs.  Larger agencies will have 1, 8 foot table with 3 chairs.

An event floor plan and assigned table maps will be available to you before the event begins.  Make sure you sit at assigned tables and you are at your location for attendees to locate and communicate with you.

Decorate your table specific to your organization and be prepared to answer questions on how to navigate through your procurement process at your agency and/or how your agency can benefit the attending suppliers.

Don't forget to bring:
1. Contact Information
2. Business Cards
3. Vendor Brochures/flyers on how to do business with your entity
4. Current contract lists
5. Lists of upcoming bid opportunities
6. Giveaway items

 Lunch will be provided.

 

 Only 1 registration allowed per public entity.

Only 1 Member Name to be added to the registration.
