About this event
The Arizona State Capitol Chapter of NIGP, the Institute for Public Procurement has become the premier organization for procurement the government sector in Arizona. The membership consists of purchasing professionals representing departments of the State of Arizona, Arizona counties, municipalities, school districts and other political subdivisions throughout the valley and State of Arizona.
The Arizona State Capitol Chapter of NIGP's Regional Conference and Vendor Expo is THE premier event in Arizona and will help establish the most profitable relationships with current and new customers. The 2025 Regional Conference had over 200 purchasing agents in attendance representing 80+ different government agencies. This year's Regional Conference and Vendor Expo will be open to all customers/employees and using department representatives of these purchasing agencies. We have invited everyone to visit the Vendor Expo with you, and work together to help you both understand their needs.
We urge all of our Exhibitors to enjoy a continental breakfast where you will be able to visit with existing customers, potential customers and any users of the products and/or services you provide. There will be no charge for customers/potential customers to attend and visit the exhibit area so be sure to spread the news and have them come down and mingle.
Exhibitors will need to contact Lori Noyes, Vendor Expo Chair at lori.noyes.az@gmail.com and Susanna Hernandez, Vendor Expo Co-Chair at shernandez@valleymetro.org to select the booth number. The system no longer allows booth selection during registration.
