37th ANNUAL REGIONAL CONFERENCE AND VENDOR EXPO
Join the Arizona State Capitol Chapter for a day packed full of educational workshops, professional development experiences, a vendor product show and time to network with other professional peers from all over the state.
Members will park at the 3rd Street and Jefferson Garage (261 S 3rd St, Phoenix)
Registration includes parking passes (QR Code to be distributed at a later date). There are no in and out parking privileges.

2026 Regional Conference Charity Flyer
Arizona State Capitol Chapter has chosen "The HUB" as a charity this year. Members and Vendors can make separate cash donations to the charity, or you are welcome to bring in items from their wish list: non-perishable food items, diapers, feminine hygiene products, socks, laundry detergent.

REFUND POLICY:
Fees will be refunded in full if a written cancellation from the vendor is received no less than seven (7) working days prior to the first day of the event or before registration closes, whichever is later. Substitutions may not be made up to seven (7) working days prior to the event. No refunds or substitutions will be permitted less than seven (7) working days prior to the event.
