The Arizona State Capitol Chapter of NIGP,  the Institute for Public Procurement has become the premier organization for procurement in the government sector in Arizona.  The membership consists of purchasing professionals representing departments of the State of Arizona, Arizona counties, municipalities, school systems and other political subdivisions throughout the valley and State of Arizona

The Arizona State Capitol Chapter of NIGP's Regional Conference and Vendor Expo is THE premier event in Arizona and will help establish the most profitable relationships with current and new customers.  The 2023 Regional Conference had over 300 purchasing agents in attendance representing 70+ different governmental agencies.  This year's Regional Conference and Vendor Expo will be open to all customers/employees and using department representatives of these purchasing agencies.  We have invited everyone to visit the Vendor Expo with you, and work together to help you both understand their needs.

We urge all our Exhibitors to enjoy a continental breakfast where you will be able to visit with existing customers, potential customers and any users of the products and/or services you provide.  There will be no charge for customers/ potential customers to attend and visit the exhibit area so be sure to spread the news and have them come down and mingle.

Please bring your friends/ neighbors/ staff to the Mesa Convention Center and join our conference and acquire new customers and friends today.

8. Continental Breakfast/Coffee and two complimentary tickets for the snack bar
