12th Annual AZNIGP Reverse Vendor Trade Show
Information for Agencies, Special Districts and Non-Profits
There is no cost to participating agencies, special districts and non-profits
Parking will be validated
Invited local vendors to the event and encourage them to register early.
Event set-up will begin at 8 am. Each participant will have 1, 6 foot table with 2 chairs. (Larger agencies can request a second table based upon availability.
Decorate your table specific to your organization and be prepared to answer questions on how to navigate through your procurement process at your agency and/or how your agency can benefit the attending suppliers.
Lunch and light refreshments will be available.
Volunteers are needed for vendor registrations and as hosts to assist attendees.
The Art Gallery will be open for viewing during the event.
